The usage charge for water is $1.55 per thousand gallons. The usage charge for sewer is $2.40 per thousand gallons. Saugatuck Township and Laketown Township residents also have $7.50 per month per residential equivalency.
The new water and sewer base rates will be applied to the bills you receive beginning with the March 15, 2011 billing and will reflect consumption which took place in February, 2011.
All new construction requires connection fees. Call the KLSWA for specific information.

Equipment is from the year 2000 or newer.
$60.00/hour minimum 1 hour charge
plus cost of materials w/ a 10% markup for stocking/ordering.
Equipment is from 1999 or older.
$90.00/hour minimum 1 hour charge
plus cost of materials w/ a 15% markup for stocking/ordering.
Seasonal Turn On/Off
$37 per turn-on or turn-off. Must be scheduled during normal business
hours - 24 hours notice required.
$30 additional per on or off if necessary outside of business hours.
